Shipping

All orders ship within 2 business days, express orders ship within one business day. During a peak sales time, such a holiday season, your order may take up to 3 business days to ship. I would safely say that processing time is between 1-3 business days and that includes personalized gift items.

For address changes, please contact hello@giftyglobal.com with your order number and the correct address. Please put “Urgent - Address Change” in the subject line. If your order has already shipped, we may be able to still adjust the address for a $20 fee. As wrong address is a more often occurrence than one likes, please check twice your shipping address to make sure you are receiving the package on time and without added fees.

We ask that you wait 3 days from when the package was delivered, as well as checking with your neighbors before contacting us. In a lot of cases, the package will turn up. Many times, the tracking will show “delivered” as the driver will just update the system ahead of time, and in reality, the parcel is in the delivery vehicle. If the parcel is not showing up, please email us at hello@giftyglobal.com so we can help further.

Returns / Refunds

All sales are final, we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if any item in your gift arrives damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to help! All personalized gift items are also non-returnable. If a spelling mistake is made on our behalf, we will replace the item at our own expense, including shipping.

We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final. If an item was damaged or missing, please see below. If mistakes are make in the personalization process and it’s our mistakes, we will reship a new item.

We can reship the gift for you for an additional $10 shipping fee. We do not offer refunds once an order has been packed. Please contact us as soon as you become aware that the address is incorrect.

Each item that goes into your care package or gift, is carefully chosen. We curate based on our criteria of being sustainable and help conserve our environment as much as possible. Over 12,000 damaged cotton towels sustainably grown and made in India have been repurposed since 2020. Who uses Paper Towels in their kitchen these days should buy flour sack or microfiber kitchen towels. 100% of our shipping boxes are now made from recycled cardboard and/or are derived from sustainably managed forests. 100% of our locations are powered by renewable energy. In two years, we have reduced the carbon footprint of a Gifty Global branded item by 20%. Every little bit count, so we do the best we can.
